Not really sure if there is but you can check out this site. http://www.fishlakegeorge.com/ice.htm  They do charter icefishing so they may have extra shanties to rent.

Slipbob, that most be the east side of the lake behind you there.  I've spent plenty of time up there in the summer and some in the winter but never ice fishing.  I want to try to get over there this year.  It sure is a beautiful lake.  There have a huge car show at the fort each September and when I look back at pictures I've taken the scenery alway overshadows the cars.

Will do.  Thanks for the offer!  It's interesting that Lake George has such a unique look to it.  I was flipping channels a while back and noticed some trees that looked remarkably familiar, sure enough the Travel Channel was doing a special on the Sagamore.

yes sir'ry, and what fun it is to ice 30-40 lakers in a day, heck we've have that many per person on the ice by lunch time, hehe.

yeah it is! ;D
And I can't wait to get back out there this Jan. if all goes while with the cold weather and the wind lets "the King" freeze good.  ;D
Come on ice.

Nice photos, NYS can be a awesome place to live, besides all the BS we have to put up with.
