Looks like good forming ice off Burlington, has anyone been able to test it yet?

I saw an old picture taken years ago of the "Rays boys" out there hammering the perch. I'll go out there after they do......they are great ice testers.

I work on the waterfront.  It has frozen out to juniper a couple times but we have not had a deep enough cold for a long enough period of time.  I believe the inside of the breakwater finally froze recently but this warm weather is not helping.  Open water as of right now.
