Is that a replica mount or the real thing? Is a replica or real mount more expensive? How big was it

This the real thing. The replica mounts I believe is a little more. They have to make the mold if they do not have one that size

They mount fish by the inch around here generally here. It was $15 dollars a inch last year when I brought it to them.

Wow, you got ripped if you think a replica is more! Check out the work that Rick Lax does. He has a mold for any size fish. Check out his rates, & if you go to a show where he is, it's about another 10% off. $12.50 an inch single side. $1 more an inch w/ driftwood like you have. Check out the inside of the mouths & gils! Can't tell it's a replica @ all, & I think they turn out better than any real mount I've ever seen. I'm not knocking yours, it is nice. Just showing you more options!

Wow.... nice fish.... I caught a 42 incher last fall (only been Musky fishing for a year), and I wish I could have mounted it. Congrats on the mount!!!
