Have 6" lazer that I am looking to set up with drill. Is Clam plate the way to go and can anyone tell me the difference between the clam plate pro and the one with power drive? Thanks for any input.

Any clam plate with that auger will be all you need with that auger. I run snd gen plate 1st gen same as 2nd except there is no padding on handles I think. I've been through 3 ft. of ice using this and smallest of batteries for dewalt drill enjoy
