Sorry if it was not clear- Amazon Warehouse sells Amazon returns. If it is not what you want, send it back. This time of year, they have good prices on ice fishing returns because they don't want to store it over the summer, but they are usually 1 offs.
I don't have this specific one, but I do have a bucket full of poles- in Idaho, we can use 5 rods, so I bu¥ cheap ones when I need them. I bought another Chinese one earlier. I make no guarantees, but for $8 shipped, I would try it if I needed another.

Yes, that’s correct. I don’t post anything from the warehouse here unless it’s in new condition. Usually damaged packaging, sometimes they repackage the item. At least with Amazon warehouse you can always return it for free for any reason. I’ve scored some am pretty great deals, no complaints on anything so far.

I bought a pair of blades for my lazer 8" auger $10 and I bought a spud bar $12 both in new condition. Spud was missing lanyard for around your wrist and blades is just the crappy packaging strikemaster uses if the packing gets tipped so heavy side is all against plastic packaging pops easy. Was just all taped up when I got it

I don't know about the rest here but I think the cases on these tools are a waste. YUP! They are a neat place to ship and carry these tools in but if most are like me I have a full shelf of cases that once the tool and accessories get put into service they never again see the case. Good for a working guy who drags his tools all over but most of them don't bother putting them back in the case after a work day. My drills are either on the shelf and ready to go or on the Clam plate with the charger hooked up in a designated spot in my shop and the case is with about 10 other empty cases taking up room.

That order is due to arrive today, glad I took a peek at this thread this morning. Just placed my order from Northern Tool and will return the other to Home Depot

BTW ...I spoke with Home Depot via the Chat function yesterday ..they said they would price match Northern Tool $179 ...I did not ask about the $20 discount code offer . Home Depot has been good to me on in store/online reductions on my previous purchases.
