Favorite deep water crappie lure??

Been thinking about what other guys use in deep water.
I like the spoons and swedish pimples.

Last year I did well with Fat Boys (10) tipped with a spike or two, t-boned. Also, juiced them with crappie attractant, for good measure.

Smaller spoons like stingers, the smallest swedish pimples, and frostee spoons tipped with a waxy.

Just make sure if your fishing for crappie in more than 25 feet of water that you aren't tossing back fish that have blown their bladders from the rapid pressure changes or you will be wasting fish.

Gotta be 9 inches to keep in New York, And the fish I ve been targeting are keepers, thats for the concern but a saw a funny mouth to mouth article. Heard of the poking a hole in  the bladder, what can ya do?????????

I like Hali's too, tipped with a waxy. Also the Frostee jig tipped with waxys.

Halis and little cleos but they tend to wobble on their way down and it takes a little longer to get to the right depth. Sweish pimples are also awesome deep later lures.

i know this is easy to say but if your doing c+r outta deep water, reel them up slow and the majority wont get the bends ;). other then that, reel like h##l!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had good luck with the ratfinky in glow with a wax worm .Also the mini meegs with a pinhead .

Hali tipped with a waxworm or mousie. And a #14 glow gentz worm up
15" to 16" on a dropper loop tipped with a waxworm.

Fished the hali for the first time today and couldnt keep them off it. Tipped it with small shiners
