Well, I lurk occassionally and post occassionally.  Obviously not to much by my post count!  Still waiting for good ice in central Iowa, starting to drive me crazy!

Just joined around XMAS.  Absolutely love this site and it has quickly become an addiction.  Have always fished the hardwater a bit, but it has really grown on me the last couple of years.  Just updated all new equipment, I mean everything.  Got myself new tip-ups, jet-sled xl with a tow bar and cover, Eskimo 949i with a Mr. Buddy heater, two Eskimo jiggin chairs, power auger, the whole nine yards.  Very excited but one problem! Limited ice!!! Really thanks to the awesome info. about everything.  You can't beat great knowledge and great humor from what seems to be a bunch of great guys. Later!

I admit it I am a lurker! I usually don't have any info worth sharing. If i do have an answer to a question or if I have a good outing I will share but for the most part I don't have much worth talking about.

I was until yesterday and finally got my user name and password all straightened out and here I am. I live in southern Alta. but due to lack of ice have been unable to fish as of yet. I was born and raised in Gull Lake SK. and learned how to fish at Duncairn Dam Lac Pellitier and the Swift Current Creek. Moved away 40 yrs. ago but get back occasionally to fish and hunt and visit relatives. Canuck

Hello???  new to the site and posting virgin. Love ice fishing, but getting frustrated this year with the beautiful weather putting a damper on the "ice" part of ice fishing.  Love the equipment updates, suggestions and recommendations.  Would like to try some new lakes this year and would appreciate a "where to go" post on the Qu'Appelle lakes.
