Where did you get your atv covers? And do they serve you well as a travel cover? Thanks man.

I got the covers off amazon. They are nice covers. They have zipper doors so you can fuel them up with the covers on.  They keep the salt off and have strap tie downs so you can tie the covers to the trailer so they don’t flap

Does that section have more ice then the lower section? I figure near the narrows it’s thinner

Lake is packed with fishermen, have not seen this many guys out there since the derby. Some guy did stop by the baitshop with a large pike, from what I could see from Stewarts.

Thanks Bill, simply killing me not being out there this year, just can't walk.  Both hips to be replaced in March.  Those Lakers better watch out next year!!!  ;) ;) ;)

That pike I saw this morning was 18.33lbs, and caught on Paradox.

Thankfully we can get these replacements and then continue to do what we love.  How's Mike doing, have not heard much from him here and on Fb lately.

I'm told hips are much quicker to recover from, back to work (or fish) in 2 weeks, especially with the newer procedures they're doing today.  Knees are longer, more rehab needed.

I had a hip done in March. I’d say a good 6 weeks before you are fishing. You will be walking w a cane after two weeks but each person is different. Knees are definitely a much longer recovery process and more invasive. I had my hip done in Boston by one of the best in the country and it was an out patient treatment. This is not the norm for most doctors though.

Good amout of ice on the lake. Solid 8-9 inches. On the north side. No problems getting on with the ATVs. Was that you hot tuna with that little dog ?

Will have try to time this surgery so it doesn’t interfere with ice fishing, trapshooting, Fire dept. racing, and hunting season. Have heard many stories on knee replacements, more bad then good.  Hope you get better guick.

I had my drone out on the North end of the lake today. If you were fishing at around noon you could be in the footage !
