Ok, someday you'll realize there is more to fishing.
Nothing drives me crazy more than lazy people.
Enjoy
well said hot tuna. I couldnt agree more. My kids know and understand hardwork and know to appreciate the reward. Teach them proper!!!

Because it’s hard to read a map or Walk with a sled full of gear ? We go fishing to have fun. Rowan likes taking his atv on ice fishing trips. So why wouldn’nt we use them ? Just because we fish in different ways doesn’t make it wrong. Rowan’s only 11 and he’s got more skills on the water and ice when most adults I see out lol

Hey , I get it. Myself,  kids and grandkids have all the toys and tools.
It's all a matter of how you use or choose to Express those things.

We play all we want and play HARD,  but we do so that is not intrusive , invasive or interfere with others.
Right now,  there is no need for machines or antics on the ice that has access to those without.  Just Simply go fishing, take a few pictures, leave the rest behind.  Your sled will be much lighter,  your soul may be fuller,  memories will last forever

I'm with you RJ.  We could own a machine but do not.  Ask her if she minds!

Lol yeah that’s like saying your lazy  fishing from a boat and not from shore or Using a flasher instead of jigging blind. Why don’t you walk to the lake instead of driving. I’m not sure why you fish. We just fish for fun. You seem to take it very seriously.Sometimes we drive miles around a lake. Why would I limit myself by walking? It’s just one of those things. You don’t have one so you don’t like it. I get it. Kinda like the guys who would rather use a electric drill auger over a gas auger.  Those people are probably lazy also. Oh crap. I hope you use a hand auger only... wouldn’t want to make yourself look lazy for not drilling every hole by hand lol.

Your right man but you seem to want to involve others into your material world.
Do what you wish,  just leave it at that.

Honest report. Fished brant lake today, first time, as I drove 2 hrs looking for good ice and found some!  7-9 inches of ice, fishing was slow but managed a few biters...

Haha!

Lol, hence I myself,  got no friends.
Only family . We welcome folks as well.
Some stay and some just pass through . The best part is strangers stopping strangers,  just to shake their hand.

Please,
Your nonsense videos of something you didn't witness or report.

Like said,  do something real. Join the cub scouts or BSA, take people fishing and teach the youth instead of pollution

Because ice fishing and having fun with my family isn’t real enough? Because we make cool videos out of our trips ? Like I said before we just fish for fun.  You seem to take it a bit to serious .

I respect others.
That's the only serious bone in my body.
In that respect,  I have nothing more to add on our rantings to clog the ice.
Anything further let's talk fishing or talk bull$hi!  Over a beer, if you dare,  lol

Wow. Lots of crying and complaining this season. It’s amusing to just sit back and watch for a change.

I don’t get all the hate towards Throttle tho. It’s a little obvious it’s a group, gang up thing towards him. This forum is very “cliquey” and if you aren’t in that “clique” you back back into a corner for saying the wrong thing others do not agree with...

For some reason I’m a bad guy for making ice fishing videos ? Oh and I have an atv. In reality I’m one of the nicest guys you could run into on the lake.  I pick up trash, I help strangers get on fish , I have given people lures , buckets of minnows, drill holes for old dudes with hand augers. Towed back broken Atv’s . Yeah I have my own thoughts on thing, but I also respect respect others .

full in all honesty  I  don't  think your  a bad guy at all. I just think you talk to much and listen to little ....  you are right about fishing should  be  about family and having fun, but there is  more

tuna i'll have that  beer  with ya !   i'm  to old to run and  to feeble minded  to be scared

No. Ages 10-15 can operate an atv under adult supervision, you need to be 16 or older to ride alone.  Atv’s also must have a registration and insurance. Larger Atv’s will have the “over 16 to operate” stickers the smaller Atv’s have “under 16 to operate “ stickers. His is just a little 200 cc.
