with all the rivers high, i was thinking of giving the bass on my 'home pond' a break and heading out there this week...

Fished it a few times in May-june lots-o-bass/pike. 

Biggest 31" pike.  3hour trips /2of us/ about 13-15fish a trip.

Sabbatus Pond is about 20 min from my buddies camp, fished in the spring and caught 3-4 lb bass all day on pike bait, no big pike. Went there 1st week of august and caught a lot of smallmouth even though the water there was more green and discolored than anything I have ever seen.
