GoPro Hero 5 users....

Thinking of picking one up.  I know you can use it underwater without a housing but any issues dunking it in cold water (while ice fishing)?

I have not used mine underwater.  I don't trust it.  My wife is getting me a underwater housing for the gopro hero as a Xmas present.  I will give that a shot and report back.  My biggest issue with the GoPro Hero 5 is the lack of battery time.  I need to come up with at better battery source.

you can get a diving case cheap for it if your worried. only thing that might happen is fog, but you can add anti-fog wafers inside the case.
i also haven't submersed mine. plenty of others do.
