Shore lunch

Just to put it out there ! Shore lunch makes a chicken breading called spicy buffalo.    If you like your fish breaded  and spicy, try this! It is excellent.     I pan fry in olive oil . Give my fish a egg bath and shake in a zip lock bag filled with breading . Cook 375 400. 1 minute to 2 minutes each side.     Eat plane or dip in you favorite sauce!  I recommend  plane or ketchup/mustard/mix some times with horseradish  or buffalo wild wings spicy garlic

I love Shore Lunch, although it's a bit overbearing and I like the fish to shine thru a bit

I do a beer batter of 1/2 Shore Lunch and 1/2 Bisquick, it's fantastic
