depending on which lake we go to; like tomorrow we are going to a lake about 25 minutes away so were leaving at 6:15 and gonan get there about 6:30.

what time do you guys leave the house?
just curious

Usualy 9 or 10am I like the afternoon bite.

I try to get out there at 6:30a.m.. thats early enough

We have been geting out at 530AM
We are on the Ice by about 6AM
I find when I get out by 8 AM Im just as happy
But my friend who gets out at 6AM has about
15 perch. I get none

2 in the PM I seem to get the fish then

I've been fishing at night lately. Either go out in the afternoon at 4 or wait until its about 9 or 10

its amazing i live an hour from every where i fish so i usually leave my house by 5am maybe 1/4 till most of the time we fish to dark depending

the lake is 25 minutes away but you are going to get there in 15 minutes

I try to get the water around 7 am.

If I go out at 7am...I'm home by 2pm(Superbowl Sunday)....if I go out at 10am...I'm home by dark(most times out)...but I like the afternoon bite more, cause I catch more fish after noon....unless its summer, then I like the morning bite to get out of the sun/heat

were i live the ice is 100 yarrds in both directions soit takes me about 3 min to get there i klike to get down there around 830 9

I head out whenever there is a hour or better gap during my day! Other than that it's as early as I can get there and stay as late as they are biting!

I'm leaving now! Drive for 45, drag for 30, set up while it's still dark. Nothin like hearing a tipup pop in the dark!

Dependfs on when bait shop opens or sometimes get bait the night before.Like to be out of house before 5 if I have any more than 1/2 hour drive.Thinkin bout tryin the afternoon bite today if the winds calm down.

between 3:30 am and 4 p.m. .... whenever i feel like it basicly

the funny thing is i've had a geat year, but for sum reason not when i'm the first one there this year... go figure

Usually before the sun comes up. I try to have everything set up before it is light out. Don't want to miss the early bite.

depends on the lake.....some lakes 5:30 a.m other lakes 12:00 noon.....it all depends on the lake.

That's right all lakes are different, you have to check it out and the only way is to do a lot of fishing, and most important is keeping a detailed log.
