Title: Poor Man's Shrimp on Memorial Day

Just as promised, here is the main course from our Memorial Day celebration meal: Poor Man's Shrimp on the bar-bee.  I should have included the fiddleheads but they were going so fast I had to get some before they were gone.  My girlfriend was eating these right off the bone.  Just soak 'em in beet juice and add a little Italian dressing towards the end and watch 'em on the grill, they'll burn fast and enjoy!  Only 7 months to ice...

They look delicious!  All I've caught lately is perch ... when I'm fishing for salmon or walleye.  Kept a few good ones for surf and turf tonight = venison roast on the grill and fried perch.
