Anyone Know How To Get Rid Of Them Y Bones In Pike/Pikerel?

Here is a video (in french)that shows the way I do mine. It is commonly referred to as the "5 fillet method". If you can't understand the language just watch what he does anyways.

One thing I see on the video that drives me nuts is watching a person with a fillet knife sawing the fillets off. Just a pet peeve of mine but it sure can make a mess of the fish.

well we experimented on the weekend with the first video and i've got it down to a master piece now. Can't wait to bite into them babies gonna be GREAT
