I need help with Wilson and Bear Lake by Jonesville. Taking a group of kids there this weekend and I need to know if I should bring tip-ups for pike or stick to pan fish. Also, is there a bait shop around that area. Thanks for any info you can give.

There isnt a public access to Wilson, but Bear has one off of Lake Wilson road.  The closest marina would be Lakeshore Marina on M-34 by Baw Beese Lake.  They should have everything you need. Try to stick with panfish, never caught a pike in either lake!
