So the way it reads you cant use spinney fish right?

The following are legal baitfish for fishing: Smelt, Lake chub, Eastern silvery minnow, Golden shiner, Emerald shiner, Bridle shiner, Common shiner, Blacknose shiner, Spottail shiner, Northern redbelly dace, Finescale dace, Fathead minnow, Blacknose dace, Longnose dace, Creek chub, Fallfish, Pearl dace, Banded killifish, Mummichog, Longnose sucker, White sucker, Creek chubsucker, and American eel. Any species of fish not listed above may not be used as bait for fishing in inland waters.
If it is not one of these...........you can't have it in your bait bucket or on your hook. (None of these have spines)

My trout will be dead few i thought i cought those for no reason game on  :o I bet i wouldnt catch a thing with it ;)

I bet if you put it on the bottom, out there in your back yard, you could catch a pike with it ;)
