Title: Broad whitefish in Campbell lake
Post by: MichaelAngelo on Aug 19, 2017, 11:27 PM
Hello all, I'm currently visiting inuvik for a few days.  Would love to catch a broad whitefish on hook and line... And I read they're supposed to be abudnant in Campbell lake. Wonder if anyone here has ever tried catching one or has any tips on where I can look with my kayak. Thanks!

Can't tell you for sure but in Yellowknife's smaller lakes we find them in 6-12 FOW and catch them using wire worms under a float or small jigs and spinners.
Current areas are good too especially river mouths.
