Round lake north of P.A

Anyone know if round lake 20 mins north of P.A is back in action yet ? Use to be a good lake to take the kids for pirch before  the winter kills the last few years .

have heard of the odd small perch out of there but thats it  too bad  it had its day  now seems to kill every few years
