Fished Northeast of Whites Beach on 1/12 ended up Icing 12 fish between 3 guys. All fish came right at dark on Do-Jiggers and perch minnows. Didnt mark to many fish but when we did they didn't hesitate to bite. Buddy got one 9.3lbs but i didnt get a pic of it...I'll see if i cant have one emailed to me. Sorry for the late report. Only Got Pic of half the fish... All where about the same size

ive never really targeted them but if im at a lake that has them ill stick out a tipup tipped with a big shiner.i think i caught a total of 4 icefishin in 20 years.theres only a couple wally lakes in allegan county.so yeah im in a rut.

no walleye lakes makes it tough.
