More lake trout underwater higlights
« on: Feb 23, 2018, 06:56 AM »
Using a small tube jig and had a great day with some sizeable lakers.

I LOVE fishing with the camera, tough to go back "blind" now. I really think it is a game changer. Almost none of these fish were visible on the fish finder, they were all below the tops of some large boulders. Only way I knew they were there was to see them.

Hey Gunflint,
Originally from MN and your handle reminds me of the Gunflint Tr out of Grand Maries. Can we assume you're up the trail on a lake in or close to the BWCA?
Used to do some backcountry canoe trips in that area back in the day. Spent our honeymoon at Hungry Jack Lake.

Hey JTDC,

I am fishing off the Gunflint Trail and have been on Hungry Jack Lake many times. I am posting a video of some smallmouth caught there this afternoon.
