Not my Perch but one of the fishing guides to that lake caught it.

I saw one that size once all the way up to the boat and my brother in law wouldn't let line or loosen the drag so.i could get thg e new and he lost it

I'd like to see it with an adult and not held out. Better yet, on a bump board. Still, a super nice perch.

Nice perch.
My biggest was caught accidentally while fall fishing for smallmouth on Lake Simcoe.
Taped out @ 16 1/2". Don't know what the weight was as I released it. Probably should have stuck it on the wall. Maybe I'll get a reproduction done along with my big musky and have the musky chasing the perch. 🤔🤔🤔

Must have been a good week for younger anglers perch fishing this week Lefty...  :thumbsup:
This one was caught on a tiny 5 acre park lake...smack dab in the City of Albany, NY!

I agree with you but it's still a good size fish.  I don't think it's a lot smaller than it appears in the picture because of the size of it's mouth.

That was a nice perch.  I caught a 15" perch out of Irondequoit bay a few years back.  What a crowd that drew.
