I don't see a "start new topic" space under the Pa fishing reports and conditions. So I posted new lake topic under the general Pa. section. Is it my computer?

                          in an affort to keep thing neater and organized, mods are the only ones who can add lakes to the R&C boards. send a PM to the mod in charge of that particular board and he will add it for you. hope this cleard things up...you're computer is fine  ;)
