Berlin Bound
« on: Nov 27, 2007, 11:44 AM »
Guys,

As of Monday, 12/3, I will be without internet for a little bit.  I start in Berlin on Tuesday morning and will be moving my stuff up there gradually.

Chiefbush............I hope you like your NEW NEIGHBOR!  I will be up tomorrow at noon to sign on the place. Thanks for hooking me up!

Ben

your screwed.......i don't think berlin has the internet......lol.
when chuck norris played golf for money, chuck marked down a hole in zero every time, the golf pro said, "chuck: you can't score zero on a hole." Chuck norris turned towards the man and said, "I'm chuck norris, the man proceeded to pour gas over his body and set himself on fire because that would be less painful than getting roundhouse kicked by chuck norris....chuck norris roundhouse kicked him in the face anyways

Dig in and take a stand. You have plenty of friends up there. Nonetheless, you WILL be missed. As much as none of us like to admit it, our hobbies take allot of  $$$$$$$$ and the only way to get it without having to look over your shoulder is to work. Best of luck.

like you probably already know......i lived there most of my life. i got out of there after college, but it is one of the greatest places in nh. the people are hard working, they are helpful, and its a great place to get away from things. its a real simple life, but if you love the outdoors; its the place to be. let me know if you need hunting areas, fishing areas, a good place to eat, or a good watering hole. good luck up there and enjoy those cold winters.....and as chief bush would know..........they are cold winters.

Funny you mention him, when I look out my apt window, I will be looking at his!

I just dissapointed that there are not any LT waters close by.  But I intend to hit all the trout waters I can.  I will have my small hardside with me on all lakes. I hope to hit enough in order to help me decide which lakes to guide on and eventually put the big shack on.

No LT waters?? How about Big diamond isn't that right up 26? From last years trophy fish program there were a pile of big lakers caught there. How much further is the Conn lakes? An hour??

I'd say you got some good LT lakes near by. We travel 1-2hrs to reach our LT waters every weekend.

I have a seasonal campsite on Island Pond at lakeside camping.  I fish it all spring and summer and can vouch for the walleye bite.  Duckdoctor and me will be hitting it this spring!!!!

Be aware of the bait laws in Vermont.  You can't bring bait in from NH and there are many other restrictions.
