You know Rapala owns Marcum (plus a slew of other fishing companies) right? Just like Pure Fishing owns Berkley, Abu Garcia, Fenwick, Ugly Stick, Pflueger, Penn, Mitchell, Stren, etc.?

When you get to the Rapala.com website, just click on the Marcum tab. (its over on the right hand side of the ‘Brands’ toolbar.

Post by: Fisherman 1 on Jul 09, 2018, 04:44 PM: I've tried to click every marcum banner there is on this site, top page, main page, even from favorites, etc, always send me back to rapala lures. I know I don't have any malware or other crap on my desktop. tried with the wifes tablet, same thing.

Post by: Fishtrekker on Jul 10, 2018, 03:21 PM: Marcum is not owned by Rapala, they have a partnership with them. Marcum or Versa Electronics does all the manufacturing and repairs of the systems. Rapala does all the distribution and sales, hence why Marcum doesnt sell anything directly out of their facility in New Hope, MN. You learn something new everyday....

Regrading the banners going to Rapala, sounds like someone put Rapala's website into the hyperlink of the image when it should of went to Marcum's website, either way Marcums website will still get you to Rapala's website if you click on their "products" tab on their website.

Marcum repaired 1x free.

This time I had to send to Video Repair in Winnipeg.

They want $150 to replace front panel with switches.

NEW unit is $179 USD???
