has anybody seen these chainSAW ice auGER's before?

if someone wants it grab it because i cant afford anything right now.  I was just searching the free stuff for shanty parts and found this and never seen one before....  sounds cool and cheap enough if it works good....

Never saw one before, I can't see the clutch on the saw handling any thick ice.
But definately different.

Baileys logging supply has sold the chain saw tree planting augers for a while, never seen one for ice though ??
