  Need to know where ice fishing conditions are safe on lakes north of Syracuse NY,   What lakes??????

Check the reports and conditions board. And remember dont just assume any ice is safe whats safe for some might not be safe for others  @)

You asked the exact same question 4 times on different boards over 1.5 hrs.  You could easily answer that question yourself by reading for 10 mins. 
There's 5 different threads on the first page alone that contain lakes with 4-8" of ice that guys have fished.
