Big Brevort Lake (Mackinaw County)

Wondering if this lake is easily accessible to fish in the winter. And is it worth fishing in the first place.

Yes it is accessible! I have some friends that catch a ton of fish ranging from a bunch of different species!!

If you are going out follow the well beaten trail, and if you go somewhere that your not sure about ice wise just carry a spud for in front of you! )

Thanks Kingperch, think we'll be headed that way in a few weeks, friend has a cabin south of Rexton so not that far of a drive.

Not bad at all, I have heard fishing has turned off in general around us up here, in cedarville and hessel, brevort and munuscong... With this super cold artic air it is expected, there have been fish being caught all over but not as heavy. WIll keep it updated if I hear more!
