Anyone got any favored lures or bait for pike this time of year?
Thanks to anyone who replies!

I like dead bait, smelt in particular.

Cisco or herring are also good for late season.

I like to fish shallower water in the 4'-8' range, either fishing just above the weeds or right on the bottom (the fish will let you know which they prefer).

The big gals are on the roam this time of year and it's a perfect time to chase them. Good luck

Dead suckers on a quick strike rig work through the whole ice season for me.

The only thing working for me is dreaming about the season opening back up in may. And the 2013-2014 season is still an hour from being over! :cookoo: I think I might check out my boat next week. ;D
