Eskimo Barracuda 8903b Troubleshooting?

Hi all, Just bought an eskimo barracuda 8903b 10'' ice auger off craigslist. It starts but idles high and runs rich. I turned the idle down and started it again, it ran for a few minutes and died and now I can't pull the starter. I pulled the intake off and the carb looks clean. Trying to find the engine manual but I keep coming up empty. Any suggestions?
