Sweet!!!!!!  ;D
The only addition I would make is to put some UHMW on the bottom of the skis.
It will glide much better and won't ice up in slushy cons.

can I buy one? LOL good job. if you don't mind me asking how much do you have into it?

one case of beer  8 bucks for the stove and about $10 in hardware  but I'm not done yet i want to add interior led lights and a tail and marker lights to plug into my sled and some sort of 12 volt power that doesn't weigh a ton to plug in my aerator and run the interior lights i was thinking about a vex battery or and ice gator battery it has to be sealed  i just have to see how long the aerator will run on it im going to use a timer on it like a bass boat so i can control it .  its the type that makes cooler into a livewell its going in to a rack on the back of the box oh yea i haven't figured out what I'm going to do for a locking system yet i want it to be clean looking when I'm done

you would be surprised at how long the vex/aquaview batteries last.  I used one last year on a VERY cold day to run submersible lights and it ran the flourescent light for over 6 hours.  Def your best bet to keep things nice and lite.  charge up 2 and you should be good for a nice long day of fishing.

That's an awesome sled. This summer I'm going to make one. Keep posting pics so we amateurs can pick the best ideas and roll them all into one.
Great Job

Very nice! You do good work. Looks like it was very well thought through. The white interior is among the best practical features. Too many make them with dark colors inside so you struggle to find things in low light conditions.
You would move a lot of them if they could be mass produced affordably.

yup you can pull it very easy its allot lighter than i thought it would be with the wide skies and wheels it moves very easy i just have to make some kind of handle that will attach to the tow bar like i said earlyer I'm not done yet but i can use it
and im very happy with the seal on top it was very wet sunday at the derby and not one drop of water in box

now im working on some kind of auger mount for the top  and bait buck rack for the back

ok input time    im trying to decide if i want two 5 gal buckets for bait and fish caught or one cooler on the back i wanted to make some kind of airating system and it has to close tight for the ride to and from the differant ponds i usualy go right from the drive way to hit about four differant lakes in the area so lets hear it

Do not put a permanent mount on for the auger as it can make the slide tipsy at high speed. The auger head to the front would be a good start.  Frabill makes some good bait buckets with areators. What I have done is to take a five gal pail and cut it down to the four inch mark or so leaving ears six or eight inches long three inches wide and fold them out to the sides where needed an attach where needed. this way a fine gal pail can be moved easly and will stay put. Maybe in the V of the hich?.

thanks walleye for the info the only problem with the hitch it moves to much up and down as i stated earlyer i leave right from my house with the sled so there are snowbanks to tend with road crossings etc Good call on putting the power head up front i was allready thinking that and keeping as low to the sled as possible thinking of some sort of cradle set up   i was playing around with some ideas last night and i could get two 5 gal buckets across the back i just have to build some kind of rack to sit them in i think i like the bucket idea better i can carry a single one on the sled from trap to trap or fit my smaller bait bucket i it    the only concern i have is coming down the snow banks ill have to put some kind of skid plate on the bottom of the rack were the skis dont cover
