You fellas know those fish are in our lakes year round don't ya?? I agree ice fishing is so much fun though. We do good year round. Only problem is either you get kinda cold sometimes in winter, Right now the mosquitoes will carry you away, And ticks are pretty bad too,. It is a trade off. Pretty good brookie fishing right now. Panfish are very spotty and small. Usually takes till june or even july for the water to warm up good and panfish turn on. I really miss the ice right now. Winter is my favorite time of year
