My bucket upgrade
« on: Mar 10, 2008, 06:02 PM »
I got tired of all my poles being inside my bucket
so I decided to organize. It was very simple to do
and took no mre than 45 minutes to make. What I
did was hot glue the pvc to the bucket, drill 3 holes
in each piece then pop rivet from the inside of the
bucket, this allowed me to still put the fish finder
inside without catching on anything. The small 1"
piece at the top of the bucket is for my scoop.

Good show.  An ice fisherman will always find a way to do something.

Good job! Where would we ice fisherman be with out our 5 gal buckets. :)
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

Tarantula,
Now come up with a rod organizer for fish traps.  Cool idea on the bucket.

 spent $4 on a bucket tool pouch at ace hardware. great for holding tipups and rods...can also put some extra stuff in the pouches. Leaves the middle open for grub and drinks and whatever else you need :icefish:
