Attractant in a tube ...

Been noticing in a few videos some people (very discreetly) using some sort of fish attractant on their jigs that comes in a Chap Stick type container. I had some of this stuff a lot of years ago and can't, for the life of me remember where I got it or what it was called. They seem to put this on after every fish they catch. Must be either an attractant or a mask scent.
Any ideas?
