Any reason that FF code doesn't work on Buddy Heaters?  I read the fine print, nothing about Mr Heater being excluded.

Jiffy Certified Pre Owned
Last year I brought a 46x CPO propane; worked great.  This year I bought a CPO Stx 10" drill; looks like new. The prices are great, but the freight is high.

Some Home Depot buy

Please check the in/lbs of torque on the drill combos

https://kdrillauger.com/info/cordless-drill-minimum-requirements.html

Side Stabilizer Arm (for a secure two-handed grip)
1/2” Drill Chuck
18 Volt/4 Amp Lithium Ion Battery (or higher)
Brushless Motor Design
500-750 RPM with a minimum of 725 in/lbs or 820 UWO of torque

First 3 should be ok for a 6" or less bit.

There is room for debate ..the K-drill requirements fall into alot of drills combos...and we know the K-Drills can use both more amp hours and torque more so then some othe auger drill bits  choices

WOW, K-drill Really? That 7.5" bit will probably ruin a 725" pound drill in short order.

Back in the day when the K-drill first drill came out ..there were no 1200 in/lbs of torque drills. They recommend the best of the time Milwaikee ..believe it was brushed but was rated at 725 in/lbs ...The Ice Fishing Today. website was affilated with both K-Drill and Vexilar ..and had a video with Tom Zenanko..looks like all video and the website has been scrubbed from exsistance

I think you guys are doing one heck of a dis service to people that are unfamiliar with drills. There’s a heckuva Lotta difference between drills than just torque. What are the gears made out of? What kind of clutch does it have in it? What kind of motor does it have in it, not just that it’s brushless? It goes on and on and on. Just because Milwaukee makes Ryobi doesn’t mean that Ryobi is a good choice for an auger, the guts of it are just too weak. You get what you pay for. And don’t forget, you don’t know who’s rating the torque!

When did they come out? I found a zenanko video back in 2015 and he recommends the brushless m18.

I may have been wrong on the brushed part it seems...do you have a link to that video?

We have heard lots of the horror stories from the guys who bought what I consider to be Inferior drills. Being in business where I use lots of drills I sure have bought my share of junk drills and burned them up by just using them for their intended purpose of drill small holes or sinking screws. Almost always when I had to drill large holes in wood or concrete I used a corded drill. When I first decided to go with a my SM hand auger 7" on a Clam plate with an adapter I followed the valuable advice form here and bought the Milwaukee 18V Fuel, brushless with 2 5AH batteries, 2704-22 I think and I have never had an issue at all with either the drill or a battery. My buddies set up the same with their hand augers and used drills they already had from DeWalt, Ryobi and Makita and quickly burned them right up. Now I see that DeWalt and Rigid and some other companies are making brushless drills with higher amperes and volts and much higher torque. That seems good but you also have to look into what the gears are made of. I bought a back up Milwaukee just to have if I ever do burn up my current one and as far as I'm concerned Milwaukee is the way to go but YMMV depending on what brand tools you already have and if the batteries are interchangeable. In my shop I have an entire shelf dedicated to batteries and chargers for 5 different brands of drills and other tools I use regularly. Makita, Bosch, DeWalt, Ryobi, Rigid and now the Milwaukee. As tools burn out I am replacing them with Milwaukee 18V Fuel tools just so they all accept the same batteries. I have 3 full seasons on my original M Fuel Auger drill and I have every confidence it will easily get a few more seasons.
If I agreed with you we would both be wrong!

Another thing. At some point you might want a brush cutter, hedge trimmers, pole saw or other stuff and to have tools that use the same batteries saves a ton of money and gets you quality tools.
