Mud pike

forgot to post this last week. Got my dad to come out for a few hours. Got our good buddy Stan on a pike and fished with a couple guys from worscter which we were all witness to one of the most bizarre things iv ever seen ice fishing. Pike comes out the hole with a mouth full of mud! Was caught on a dead mackeral right on bottom.

Nice. I’ve caught pike through the ice this time of year with leopard frogs and mud in the belly, must nose around and dig on the bottom for them come warmer weather.
