Where are you guys buyin smelt, head on, intact? I know I can catch them, I have been told asian fish markets, but I went ot a guy who owns a fish market nearby, and he said , here in Mi., you will not find smelt intact, period. He said when the smelt boats go out, the catch is brought in, an gutted, and beheaded before they get to shore. So do yall know where I can get some? thanks,Mike
