Redgate (FlatRock) isn't ready...2 days ago it was only 2 inches of ice...No one has been out to the point yet from the road...Someone may have come in from Dollivers, but you can't see it from the road...

They have been hitting at the bridge, but slowly...

Was, but the north wind broke it back to south of Diamond...

Due west from Basin may indeed still be locked, but I did not go down and look, and I did not go to Kingsland today to see if there was water in front of the bay...

Salmoneye,

Thanks for the up to date ice reports. I'm hoping for some perch/smelt action around Basin Harbor this year.

Salmoneye,

Thanks for the up to date ice reports. I'm hoping for some perch/smelt action around Basin Harbor this year.

I have a call incoming in the AM with some 'gents' that will be going to at least look at the ice somewhere, but as the chill is supposed to still be in effect, I doubt they will get out of the vehicle for long...

I am hoping for some fishable ice by the weekend at Deer Point...
