madcrappies - It would help if you added your location to your profile, or to your post.  I had to look up Lake Dlyrimple, and it's far away from me so I don't have any advice for ya, sorry.  :-\

Never fished there, but I know there is a resort on the lake.  I'd suggest giving them a call and see what information they can provide.  Another option is to check for Marina's as well.  Many of them are open in the winter doing work on boats and may let you park in their lot.  Finally look on Google maps.  Sometimes they have a lot of detail on facilities around a lake.

Hope you get there and let us know if you find the Crappies............

Lake Dalrymple is actually 2 lakes connected with a small river between,

There is Free Public parking on the north side of the bridge on kirkfield road,

I fish the lake in the summer and have been happy with the mass amounts of large mouth bass.

A few pike got taken by my group last summer, I heard there used to be Large muskie there, But never hooked into one...

carful on that river at the bridge,

Not sure what the current is like And I have never Ice Fished the lake....

But.  Yes Allot of good reports of Nice sized crappie...

 Good luck out there...
