Nice pics mfish! Here's a few from one the better days me and brother had on the ice. He caught all the big ones so i was just the cameraman. These 3 went back down the hole to be caught another day!

The largest was 12, the other two were just over 11. One pike was 32 and the other that we kept was 22. Hooked bad so we kept it. Sent plenty more back into the hole. Yup, for the first day back on Salmon it was stellar.

Started the new year on two different lakes with lots of success! Best I've done with a cold snap like it was today.

It’s been a bit of a slow start due to the lack of ice but I was hoping maybe 2019 would be the ticket, lost one right off the bat, then caught 2, and right at dusk landed my PB at 1.78 lb’s, I guess 2019 was the ticket!

Thanks G fish! Those true jumbos are smart and it's definitely a challenge and can be quite frustrating, but persistence pays off. Nice pics as well, any day you get 5 different species is a GREAT day, excellent mixed bag!
