Hey Stump Puller,
I read some newspaper articles that indicated granger's put their huts out earlier this week. I have one booked for jan 30th.

I just searched the web for st. williams ice fishing and got a bunch of newspaper articles from the area and forum posts. Sounds like the fishing is good right now. We had a good day there last Feb but guys we were talking to were saying they limited in 45 minutes the week before (isn't that always the way).

Not sure what this warm spell will do to the ice in the next couple days, but hopefully it won't last long.
Cheers,
PL

Fishing has been steady for the past week. Lots of perch to be had. Some rumours of decent sizes mixed in with all the high numbers.

Definitely check Stomps Webpage or Rotten Ronnies webpage before you go. There has been lots of 'close calls' this week with degrading ice conditions. Safest on foot right now, IMO.
