Don't see this everyday!!

Went for a walk scouting ice conditions and came across this guy. Must have been evading a snow snake. He was just a foot away from new ice that just locked up.

I did see one like that a few years ago. There is still no frost in the ground under the snow power. Picked up a night crawler last week...
