West side of old causeway - 7 to 8 inches

North side (camp)  - 4 to 6 inches

Did not ice any fish had a bit of action on the camera but no interest.

So what you guys think, will the ice still be good tomorrow?  I'm thinking a few days of warm weather can't hurt it that much.

Should be on the ice by 1030, have a meeting first thing.  I'll let you know how the ice has made out.

I would say use some caution....plus nine or whatever its supposed to hit is quite warm. I would say the ice is a pretty consistant four inches more in some spots, but if the top couple inches turns to slush, you're that much thinner.

For sure I'm standing well over 6 feet so I stay in 5 FOW, might get wet.  I will be driving by on my way home so I'll stop and check the ice, for no other reason would I go out tomorrow.

Boo-urns! >:( Stupid weather!!! If we get the warm temps that they are calling for the rest of this week, the ice will be melted by next week.

Hit up the prov park today, a good solid 6-7 inches of ice around boat launch.  Had lots of perch on cam and one pike that made the smelt look big.  To bad this weather is not going to cooperate over the next week.

good to hear there is that much ice . alot more than out at the fort.  i dont think the weather will have that much affect on it seeing as how it will be freezing again at night in a couple days.

A good 6-8 inches, again depending on location.  Iced one small pike and lost an unknown after work tonight.  Fished for around an hour and a half.  Nosiest ice Ive ever heard tonight,  CRAZY loud and strange sounds.  Wear some cleats or skates cause there is not a single skiff of snow to be found.

With the snow/rain and the mild weather today the surface is roughed up a bit.  Could have gotten away without the cleats today.

SUPER SWEET.  Saw a bunch on camera.  I have never caught an eye through the ice at Buffalo till today.  I guess my theory of them getting on a ship and going to the moon for the winter was wrong.  These fish were in the 14-15 inch range, now to find the big girls.

I've only ever caught one. I wonder if more will be caught this winter due to the massive small perch die off that happened this spring.
Still counting.....
