I know the feeling. All of my gear is resting in my otter up in the rafters of the garage. Last year I lowered it around Halloween usually I try not to get it out until thanksgiving. Archery season is less and less of a priority every year but gun season is still a priority. I’m going to start going through my smaller gear soon but there is plenty of time yet....

LOL! I had my clam set up in the back yard last month! Just to air it out and make sure mice hadn't gotten into it.

Ha ive had my sled loaded and ready to go since end of August. Ice cant get here soon enough

I combined my 2 LOVES last week and mounted a Cabelas Mesh Blind chair to my Clam.

While I have not really pulled anything out to go through it I have rearranged the stack order so the ice stuff is at the front!👻

i cleaned out under my deck and got the shack out and checked on some equipment in it.  no mice and everything looked good.  gonna take it to a few upholstery places and see how much it might be to have it recovered with some insulated fabric.  i did hold myself back from getting down my tackle bucket tho.

October 1st bow opener and then I have 3 weeks off last 2 weeks of bow season and first week of gun season. Then hopefully Florida for Christmas and then back and hopefully we will have ice by then and I will be fishing lol. As for gear it's always ready to go

I want to do some hunting this year. But I mostly just go for small game so it’s hard to pull myself away from fall fishing. Fall fishing right up to ice up.

I even add Fall turkey hunting to the mix of archery, crossbow and gun hunting for deer.  Fall perch on the big lake is even thrown in a few times in the Fall, can't pass up  those slobs.  Always plenty of time in December to get ice gear ready.
