I was on Harper lake last weekend and it had about 10 inches.  Up till today I doubt much ice has melted, the highs have been in the mid 30's and its been cloudy.  Suppose to be warmer and a good rain tomorrow so that will change things.  Was on Lake Cadillac yesterday.  About an inch of water over the ice but plenty left.  Saw someone drive their truck on it. Wish I knew more about how fast ice melts.

Hey Jsweed,
Are you hitting Harper Lake this weekend? I will be up there this weekend and hope to fish on Saturday.  I will be on my own so it would be nice to know there will be others out there.

I have not fished Harper before. Any advice?

I may be on Harper too depending on the weather.  I will not ice fish in the rain!  I mainly fish it for pike.  I go for the 15 -25ft depths myself.
