maybe a dingle drop by clam. i have a few dingle drops that have beads just like that on them.

Rough Russian translation would be: nail with a cats eye necklace.

If it's made out of tungsten then it might be made from a pure tungsten rod cut and grooved with a diamond cut off wheel.It's kind of a cottage industry over there.

I got it in Mystery tackle box. Works well and that's my last one . Got it last year did not pay attention to brand :(

it is not a dingle drop. dingle drops are tungsten. that looks like lead.  Dingle drops would be the closest thing to this thou.
