Parking tickets @ Cascade

Be aware!  Seen several vehicles with parking tickets at Sugarloaf yesterday.

It is a day use area, you need to pay to play. Parking in front of the gates before you enter the parking area in not allowed unless they post signs saying it is. Please save yourself some bucks and park in designated parking only...

Cascade State Park system includes Sugar Loaf State Park too. If I am not mistaken a $10 Idaho State Parks Passport will allow you to park in any day-fee area around the lake.  I buy it each year with the vehicle registration and put the sticker on my windshield.

I sure does and I always get one just for Cascade and launching at the marina at lucky peak.  Saves me a bunch of money.

Picked up mine yesterday .... and it beats the heck out of paying the daily fee everytime you go to a state park
