Some water cooling weather starting after tomorrow in the 10 day .... I've already seen some puddles and shallow beaver ponds frozen with skim some days....

There’s been years I have been on the ice this time of year.
 Doesn’t look good for this year.
I have a feeling as soon as it starts making ice we are going to get a lot of snow on it…

Close enough !!  Lot of "frozen" puddles out there today and the water in the back of my little boat was frozen about 1/2 inch - hadn't turned it over yet. It is now .....

 Little early for me , although I am ready at a moment’s notice , I would like to whip a few more eyes , that in between soft and hard water time is a pain ,
