« on: Jan 26, 2006, 10:11 AM »
Hi Guy's
Can anybody tell me the best Electric Filleting Knife to buy. I fractured my hand last week, now in a cast.
Want to get back onto the ice, but I am unable to use a regular knife, to clean the perch.

Do not want to buy a piece of junk!!!

            Thx,

Little Fish, not sure why this topic is here but my answer is go to wally world and get a black and decker slim grip electric knife. I've been using the same one for years now and it the best bargain out there. For probably about 12 bucks or so you don't need to worry about it if you don't like it. They do a good job on alot of stuff.

Little Fish,
Look on page 2 on this topic.  It should answer most of your questions.  I bought the American Angler MT3 110-volt after information received from that thread.  I have used it a couple of times and love it.
C.C.,
Why would this topic not be here?  Isn't a Fillet knife, equipment?
