problem with big buddy mr heater

i bought this last year when they came out and i loved it but this year the thing has done nothing but give me problemsit will run on the low setting  but i need more heat then that and every time i turn it up it will go out after about 4 min's  it only seems to be pulling fuel from one tank also im not sure if that is part of the problem or not  it did run last year just fine on one tank in the unit i would be very grateful of any and all help with this cause i want to fish when im on the ice not freeze and try to  get my heater working  its weird i don't mind trying allllllllll day to catch a fish and we all know we have done this    but messing around with a heater gets me boiling mad just after 10 min's
